Classroom Training

During our classes, we provide opportunities for you to exchange ideas and gain insight from your peers, many of whom face similar challenges.You will also receive a course workbook to take with you that’s filled with examples, practical exercises, and plenty of room for notes and answers to questions asked in class.
Whether you come to Sydney or we meet you closer to home, you’ll be learning from experienced Blackbaud Training Consultants and practicing your skills on individual workstations. By the time you go back to the office, you’ll be ready to dive right into your system.

On-Site Training
You don’t have to go anywhere to get face-to-face training from our team. We’ll bring our knowledge to you. Your whole organisation can benefit from on-site
training using your own data and covering topics that are important to you. We’ll work with you to devise the perfect curriculum and hands-on exercises so that
when we leave, your employees are confident in both the system and their ability to use it.
Our customers have found that this option is ideal for organisations that want more individualised instruction. It’s a cost-effective way to train several users
at once with one-on-one instruction.
We offer two types of on-site training:
- Tailored On-site Training with Blackbaud Sample Data
A Blackbaud Training Consultant will come to your organisation’s office to train your staff members on a previously agreed upon tailored agenda built around what you need to learn.
Courseware is provided for the training which will be conducted on the Blackbaud Sample Database.
There is a minimum of 1 day of training.
- Tailored On-site Training with a Copy of Your Data
A Blackbaud Training Consultant will come to your organization’s site to train your staff members on a previously agreed upon tailored agenda built around what you need to learn.
Courseware is provided for the training which will be conducted on a modified copy of your live database.
There is a minimum of 3 days of training.
