Kevin Sher

Kevin Sher is the Managing Director of Blackbaud Pacific. He is a proven business leader with deep experience in strategic planning, product marketing, and sales management. Kevin has an excellent knowledge of the Asia-Pacific nonprofit sector and has worked with a variety of charities across the region including Greenpeace, Plan International Australia and ChildFund Australia. Kevin possesses 20+ years of experience setting marketing and sales strategy, defining brand direction, motivating teams, ensuring performance, driving revenue, and standing accountable for results.

John O’Donnell

At Everyday Hero, John runs the business in New Zealand, Australia and the UK, and is also responsible for new market expansion. In addition to finance and administration functions, the Pacific business consists of an Engineering team, a Sales/Marketing team, a Professional Services group and a Support department. Today the business serves in excess of 1400 charity customers in Australia and New Zealand across the Everyday Hero portal and Heroix product lines.

Before joining Everyday Hero in Oct in 2011, following the acquisition by Blackbaud, John was responsible for the Blackbaud business in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Since moving to Australia from the US in 2005, John has worked with 100’s of non-profit’s in Australia, New Zealand and Asia, specifically in the areas of donor management, fundraising strategy, marketing, online and data analysis. John is passionate about non-profits’ use of data, technology and best practice to grow fundraising income lines. John has presented at many conferences across the region, and served on the Fundraising Institute of Australia as a board member in 2008 and 2009, and continues to serve on the Institute’s Finance & Audit committee.

John earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from University College Cork, Ireland and Masters in Ocean Engineering from University College London, UK.

John is based in Brisbane, Australia.

Craig Fines-Allin

Craig Fines-Allin joined Blackbaud as International HR Director in December 2011. Craig leads the HR function across the International Business Unit, covering the UK, Netherlands, and Australia. He has focused on International HR within Professional Services for a number of years, previously as International HR Director for Harris Interactive, a global Market Research firm, and prior to that as EMEA Head of HR for BSi, the world leader in Management Systems and Standards Certification. Craig is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, and holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies from Staffordshire University.

Lianne McGrory

Lianne manages Blackbaud’s customer account management team which cover Australia and New Zealand. Lianne has almost 9 years experience at Blackbaud, having worked in the European and now Pacific office as a key contact for our Higher Education and INGO customer base. With comprehensive knowledge of how our customers use Blackbaud solutions to drive outcomes, Lianne has spoken at various non-profit conferences including those for Blackbaud Europe, ADAPE and CASE. Lianne has a Bachelors Degree in Internet Software Design and combines this technical knowledge with real non-profit examples to present key benefits in using Blackbaud tools.

Stacey started her career in the advertising industry, before moving to a business school to launch Australia’s first Graduate Certificate in Not-for-Profit management. She then worked as a marketing consultant in the UK, helping charities to tell their stories and showcase their impact.

Nothing inspires Stacey more than the passion and dedication of fundraisers and she loves exploring innovative ways to help them shine.

Stacey joined the Blackbaud family in March 2016 and leads the marketing team.

Since July 2013 Jasmyn has run the day-to-day HR operations for our Australian business to help our people make the world a better place. She has extensive background in HR generalist affairs, including experience in employee relations, employee recruitment and retention, staff development, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR records management, workplace health and safety, HR policies development and legal compliance. Jasmyn comes to us with over 10 years’ experience in the legal sector, working both locally and internationally. She is a professional member of AHRI and holds an Associate degree of Business Administration from Southern Cross University.

Paul Green is the Professional Services Director of Blackbaud Pacific. His role is to help our customers achieve the maximum benefit from their investment in Blackbaud systems. Paul has been implementing information systems and processes for over 25 years, in both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations. He brings a balance of flexibility with best practice, a strong drive to achieve outcomes for our clients, and a passion for innovation and new opportunities.
