Learn how you can use Raiser's Edge tools to identify your best prospects and move them through the Moves Management® process in this 3 hour instructor-led event. Through instructor-led scenarios, course discussions, and practice in the sample database, you will learn how to manage prospects. You will also learn how to create and assign action tracks to help with each step in the Moves Management® process.

COURSE OVERVIEW
A strong foundation for your fundraising efforts begins with creating a comprehensive fundraising structure within Raiser’s Edge. Learn how campaigns, funds, and appeals create your fundraising structure in Raisers Edge. Through instructor-led scenarios, class discussion, and hands-on practice in the sample database, you will learn how to define your fundraising structure and how to link fundraising records to facilitate more accurate data entry. You will also learn how to analyse your fundraising success through summaries, reports, and dashboards.

RAISER’S EDGE: INCREASING DONOR RETENTION

COURSE OVERVIEW
Once you have acquired new donors, you need to retain them. Only about a quarter of first time donors donate again. Learn how to engage first time donors and turn them into loyal or major donors in this 3 hour instructor-led course. Through instructor-led scenarios, class discussions, and practice in the sample database, you will learn how to create a stewardship series to help you engage your donors using the tools in Raiser’s Edge. You will also learn how to identify the appropriate donors to retain and how to measure the success of your stewardship series.
