Lolly Giveaway Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Entry

Promotion.  Participants who schedule a 15-minute discovery call with a Blackbaud Pacific (“Blackbaud”) representative are eligible to receive one box of lollies (assorted flavours) from LVLY (the”Gift”) or similar in the participant’s location (the “Promotion”).

Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on February 25, 2026 and ends March 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Promotion Eligibility. The Promotion is open to individuals who (a) attended FIA Conference 2026, (b) are employees of a registered charity in Asia-Pacific that fundraises, and (c) schedule a meeting with a Blackbaud representative during the Promotion Period. If an individual has scheduled a meeting once and has been given the Gift, that individual and organisation would not be eligible to receive another Gift as part of this Promotion.

Lolly Order. You will receive a $45 lolly box (assorted flavours) from LVLY to your office after your 15-minute discovery call. Blackbaud, in its sole discretion, tracks and determines who has scheduled and attended a meeting with a Blackbaud representative. The lolly box will be sent to the address you provide to the Blackbaud representative when scheduling the meeting. Failure to provide a valid address could disqualify you from requesting the Promotion. No more than one Gift will be provided to each eligible person AND no more than one person from each organisation may receive the Gift during the period of this offer. An individual is only eligible for ONE gift after scheduling the meeting, even if he or she may have participated in multiple campaigns. Blackbaud will, in its sole discretion, determine when an organisation has received a Gift and determine which individual from an organisation has qualified to receive a Gift from an organisation based on which individual schedules the discovery call first.

The Gift is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Blackbaud reserves the right to ask for additional information at any time for purposes of determining eligibility or fraud prevention.

No substitution or transfer of Gift is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Blackbaud. If any portion of a Gift is unavailable, Blackbaud reserves the right to substitute that portion of a Gift with a gift of equal or greater value. This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period, while supplies last.

Each Gift recipient will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the use of a Gift including, but not limited to, applicable federal, state or local taxes, and any expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the Gift recipient in receiving or using the Gift, with the exeption of delivery costs.

Each Gift will be sent “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). You agree that Blackbaud’s decisions related to the Promotion and all distribution of Gifts are final. Any Gift not claimed under these Terms & Conditions may be deemed, in Blackbaud’s sole discretion, to be forfeited and returned to Blackbaud.

You acknowledge that any compensation You receive from Blackbaud is provided as an incentive for You to review Blackbaud’s product offerings and not in any way intended to influence Your decision, or decisions to be made by the company or organisation You represent, whether to purchase Blackbaud products or services, to expand utilisation of Blackbaud’s products or services, or to influence any purchasing decision of Your company or organisation.
