First Year Free Promotion Terms

For a limited time, eligible organisations can receive their first year free on qualifying Blackbaud solutions.

This promotion reflects our investment in helping organisations modernise with confidence by reducing the upfront costs associated with transitioning to new technology.

Eligibility

  1. This offer is available to eligible new and existing Blackbaud customers and applies to new solution purchases only. Renewals and add-ons of current solutions owned are excluded.

  2. Offer applies only to qualifying Blackbaud solutions identified by Blackbaud.

  3. Promotion availability may vary by product, customer type, and contract structure.

  4. Offer is available to organisations registered in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or the European Union, subject to applicable local legal and regulatory requirements.

Promotional Benefit

  1. Eligible customers will receive a waiver of subscription fees for the first contract year of qualifying products. Future year subscription fees will be detailed in the applicable Order Form.

  2. Professional services, implementation services, training, third-party products, , support services, and other non-subscription fees may not be included in the promotion unless expressly stated in writing.

Contract Requirements

  1. Eligible purchases require execution of a new agreement or amendment.

  2. Customers must remain in good standing and comply with all contractual obligations.

Offer Period

  1. Promotion and pricing provided under this promotion as detailed in the applicable Order Form is available for a limited time and expires on December 31 2026.

Restrictions

  1. Promotion may not be combined with other discounts, pricing programs, incentives, or promotional offers.
