Deaf Children Australia (DCA) is a life-changing organisation committed to helping deaf or hard of hearing children and young adults to reach their full potential.
With an extensive and proud history dating back to the 1860’s, DCA has been tearing down barriers presented by hearing disabilities for as long as anyone else in Australia.
But for a long time, there was one large roadblock standing in the way of DCA experiencing their full potential as an organisation – their CRM system.
With a little help from Blackbaud, DCA were determined to overcome their CRM issues and step forward into an exciting new future – all for the sake of helping thousands more kids around Australia.
