Development Agent is Blackbaud’s first AI-powered agent, designed to support fundraising teams within their CRM workflow. It can help identify engagement opportunities, support timely outreach and draft personalised donor communications—while keeping fundraisers in control of supporter relationships.

Following its US launch, Blackbaud is preparing a small International Early Adopter Programme for selected organisations across Australia and New Zealand.

We’re looking for partners that can help shape how Development Agent supports fundraising in the context of organisations across Australia and New Zealand, including considerations around supporter engagement, governance and measuring value.
