Blackbaud’s Business Continuity Plans

We are monitoring the global situation regarding COVID-19. Blackbaud’s Business Continuity Team, with representatives from across our global organisation, is meeting regularly to review the latest information and from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Australian Government Health Department.

Rest assured that we have plans in place that ensure our critical business applications and procedures are supported even during a disruptive situation, such as the coronavirus. You will not notice a difference in the support you receive from us should we need to enact any portion of that plan.

We have also compiled COVID-19 customer resources to help you during this time. We are taking this event very seriously and are prepared to continue supporting you and your organisation.
